Technology Events Scheduled for 2021

With virtually everything canceled in 2020 after the first half of March, many tech lovers are looking forward to what 2021 offers.

Although the early events may not go on as scheduled, many organizers are expecting that summer and fall conferences should be held on their expected date.

ZDNet maintains an active list of the tech conferences. If your favorite ones didn’t make the list below, it is likely due to a TBD listing on the expected date. You’ll want to keep checking back through the link for updates.

Calendar of Events for the 2021 Tech Conferences

1. CES 2021 is currently planned for January 11-14 as a virtual event.

2. Adobe Summit is planned for April 13-15, with organizers planning a virtual event.

3. Black Hat USA 2021 is currently scheduled for July 31 to August 3 in Las Vegas, NV.

4. San Diego’s world-famous Comic-Con is currently scheduled for July 22-25.

5. DEF CON is on the calendar for August 5-8 in Las Vegas, NV.

6. Domopalooza doesn’t have a location as of yet, but it is currently scheduled for March 23-26.

7. The Gartner CIO Symposium and ITxPo is scheduled for Autumn 2021 in Orlando.

8. The Game Developers Conference (GDC) is currently on for July 19-23 in San Francisco.

9. OFC 2021 is currently scheduled for a June 2021 event in San Francisco.

10. The RSA Conference is on the schedule for a May 17-20 event in San Francisco.

11. VMworld is currently planned for August 30 and September 1 in San Francisco.

12. The Emerald City Comic-Con is currently on the calendar for a late December 2021 event.

13. ODSC East 2021 is slated to be held in Boston in May 2021.

14. The National Retail Federation is planning an in-person event on June 6-8 in NYC, while a virtual event is currently scheduled for January 2021
