If you work in this position, your primary responsibility is to retrieve, clean, and organize data for the upper-level analysts to review. You’ll need to know how to work with this information to have a successful application, which means you must understand at least one computer language.

3. Help Desk Analyst

This job provides over-the-phone tech support for end-users. Your position might include email correspondence, trouble ticket management, or setting up new stations. Employment opportunities in this area are available across multiple industries.

4. Web Developer

You can be a front-end, back-end, or full-stack developer when working on websites. This job requires some technical knowledge, but it doesn’t need a degree if you can provide that you know what you’re doing. When you have more skills to offer, your salary often rises.

5. Software Architect

This position uses analytical and technical systems to design systems based on client descriptions. You’ll need to know coding, how to create development standards, and what it takes to manage a team.
